BUILDING RENTAL
VENUE INFORMATION
Enjoy our charming 1920's Club Workshop building,
with its cathedral ceiling and historic ambiance.
We use an electric insert for our lovely fireplace.
Floor space is a generous 42' x 27' central room,
with an attached 26' x 9' kitchen that includes two sinks, a large gas range, and a dishwasher.
There are two comfortable unisex bathrooms.
Capacity limits, per the City of Newton
Using chairs only, 100 people
Using chairs and tables, 68 people
Also available to Renters:
12 banquet tables (6 feet by 30 inches),
9 square card tables,
and two long brown tables, which always remain set up and ready for use.
100 folding tables.
We are at 72 Columbus St, little more than a block away down Lincoln St. from the Newton Highlands "T" stop. By car, parking is on-street, plus there is a municipal parking close by, just across Lincoln St. on Hartford Street.
We are currently offering a summer rental special for just $95 per hour, plus a setup/breakdown fee of $115.
For June 1 to August 31, 2026 occupancy
Winter rentals are $125 per hour,
plus a one-time additional fee of $125 if food is served.

For occupancy September 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027
Rentals are a minimum of 3 hours Friday through Sunday, two hours Monday through Thursday.
Discounts for regular weekly rentals and multiple day rentals.
