Wednesday, August 1, 2018, the Woman’s Club of Newton Highlands came together
to thank Eunice and Charlie Shishmanian for the years of service to the club. Eunice
has been a member for several years and Charlie has been our Santa. We had an
opportunity to socialize and share in finger food. It was a lovely time.

Breakfast with Santa has been a tradition at the Newton Highlands Women’s Club since the 1980’s. It has always been one of the most festive occasions for both club members and the community. Many club members appreciate this opportunity to participate with family members and friends in the holiday tradition.

On Saturday, Kathi Gariepy, a Master Gardener, gave an excellent slide show and lecture. She also answered questions about planting bulbs and gardening in general. Coffee and tea, along with baked goods, were served. Everyone had a great time.
